Madhu Chocolate is a craft chocolate brand dedicated to combining traditional Indian flavors with the richness of high-quality chocolate. From humble beginnings in their home kitchen in Austin, TX, founders Harshit Gupta and Elliott Curelop have developed a meticulous bean-to-bar process, sourcing their cacao from the Tumaco region of Colombia. Inspired by Harshit's mother's inventive recipes and named after her, Madhu—meaning “honey” or “sweet” in Hindi—the brand encapsulates the essence of sweetness and quality.
Harshit, the Chief Executive Officer, brings his deep understanding of Indian flavors and spices to create unique chocolate combinations. Elliott, the Chief Chocolate Officer, is passionate about crafting chocolate from scratch. At Madhu Chocolate, every bar reflects their commitment to ethical sourcing, meticulous craftsmanship, and the belief in spreading kindness and positivity, embodied by their mantra: "Be Madhu to one another."
