All Our Bodies
ALL OUR BODIES
Pronouns: She/Her
Mandy Hackman, NASM-certified personal trainer, circus coach, and founder of All Our Bodies, offers strength and posture coaching grounded in deep movement knowledge for those who want to move but don’t feel welcome in traditional gym culture. All Our Bodies was created to provide a more inclusive space to move and strengthen bodies — and it’s not just for acrobats! If improving joint stiffness, strength, posture, sleep, or emotional regulation sounds helpful, Mandy’s approach can support those goals.
For those who dislike typical gym environments, Mandy understands. Her clients often have unique body needs that standard fitness programs overlook — whether it's an ongoing condition, a lofty performance goal, or simply a desire to enjoy movement without fitting the stereotypical "gym body" mold. Mandy’s coaching draws from resistance and bodyweight training, Pilates, somatics, and circus arts, adapting each session to the individual. Her practice takes a weight- and body shape-neutral approach, focusing on functional movement, posture, and performance goals while leaving the rest at the door.

Mandy Hackman, a professional dancer-turned-aerialist, has always been passionate about movement. To support her hypermobile joints and neurodivergent needs, she developed personalized strength, stability, and posture practices. This journey led her to train in Pilates with Dragonfly Pilates, earn NASM personal trainer certification, and collaborate with kinesiologist Mary Ann Foster to adapt somatic techniques for circus artists.
Now an experienced coach in anatomy and body mechanics, Mandy works with dancers, circus artists, and movement coaches worldwide. She’s dedicated to helping those often left out of traditional fitness spaces, including individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or defying conventional body norms. Her approach is weight-neutral, focusing on building strength, mobility, and ease. Whether the work is playful, focused, or down to brass tacks, Mandy’s goal is to help people connect with their ever-changing bodies and move with greater confidence and comfort.
