CEEQ aims to improve team dynamics and foster self-leadership through CAPE©: Compassionate Communication, Assuming Positive Intent, Principles of IDEAB, and Empathy before Accusation.
Misha Safran is a published author and award winning speaker who recently earned the CEO Award from the National Institute of Health in recognition of successful DEIA training. Misha helps leaders reset their mindset to empower their voices, resulting in renewed energy, enhanced problem-solving, creativity, and thoughtful communication.
