The Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence, LLC, (CEEQ), founded by Misha Safran, focuses on how empathy and emotional awareness enhance relationships at home, work, and in communities. CEEQ aims to improve team dynamics and foster self-leadership through CAPE©: Compassionate Communication, Assuming Positive Intent, Principles of IDEAB, and Empathy before Accusation.

Misha Safran is a published author and award winning speaker who recently earned the CEO Award from the National Institute of Health in recognition of successful DEIA training. Misha helps leaders reset their mindset to empower their voices, resulting in renewed energy, enhanced problem-solving, creativity, and thoughtful communication.

 

VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON SERVICES

  • Description: The Laughter to Joy Wellness Experience is an uplifting virtual series of 1-hour sessions back to back for six days. Misha combines laughter exercises, deep breathing, and playful movement to boost mood, reduce stress, and promote holistic well-being.

    Participants often report feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply connected to themselves and others at the end of the program. They commonly describe a noticeable reduction in stress, increased resilience, and an overall sense of joy and well-being, with many expressing newfound tools for fostering positivity in their daily lives.

    Participants will gain tools for developing an ongoing practice. Every participant also gets free access to the Laughter to Joy Wellness Experience Community upon graduation.

    Price: Regular price is $149. Black Friday Sale is $99. Valid through December 15, 2024.

  • Description: Misha speaks on the following topics:

    Price: Misha's in-person rates begin at $2,500 for up 50 attendees. Her virtual rates begin at $5,000 for up to 50 attendees. If the contract is not local, travel, lodging, and meals are also charged.

  • Description: Misha enjoys helping leaders reset their mindset to empower their voices, resulting in renewed energy, enhanced problem-solving, creativity, and thoughtful communication.

    Access: Virtual or in-person.

    Price: Misha's rates vary based on project design and number of participants. Average cost is around $8-15k. If the contract is not local, travel, lodging, and meals are also charged.

  • Description: Misha is a professionally credentialed coach and an expert at creating safe spaces for clients to maneuver the discomfort of growth.

    Access: Virtual or in-person.

    Price: Rates vary based on selected contract duration — Misha does not conduct singleton sessions — a minimum package is 6 months. Average rate with a 6-month package is $1,200/month. If the contract is not local, travel, lodging, and meals are also charged.
