Together, you'll develop healthy habits, fine-tune mindset strategies, and explore your relationship with food and rest. Incorporating body movements, the program is tailored to transform how you show up in your life and move through your days.

Kayani, the founder of KfiT, grew up in a Caribbean, religious household in Maryland and has a rich background as a multi-sport athlete, collegiate volleyball player, and coach. Their personal journey of navigating a Queer and non-binary identity, along with overcoming sports injuries, has informed their deep understanding of the importance of wellness in living authentically. Passionate about advocacy and uplifting others, Kayani is dedicated to helping you on your wellness journey with a heart full of coaching spirit and compassion.
