KfiT Whole Body Wellness is a judgment-free virtual coaching program designed for POC and Queer individuals, offering a supportive and personalized approach to wellness. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking to continue it, KfiT provides the guidance and accountability needed for real results. Together, you'll develop healthy habits, fine-tune mindset strategies, and explore your relationship with food and rest. Incorporating body movements, the program is tailored to transform how you show up in your life and move through your days.

Kayani, the founder of KfiT, grew up in a Caribbean, religious household in Maryland and has a rich background as a multi-sport athlete, collegiate volleyball player, and coach. Their personal journey of navigating a Queer and non-binary identity, along with overcoming sports injuries, has informed their deep understanding of the importance of wellness in living authentically. Passionate about advocacy and uplifting others, Kayani is dedicated to helping you on your wellness journey with a heart full of coaching spirit and compassion.

VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON SERVICES

  • Description: 3-month program involving weekly 1:1 sessions. During these sessions, you’ll discuss current challenges and then develop and implement action/resolution-based strategies so you can live more comfortably for yourself.

    Price: $350 / month (x3 months) or $997 (Paid in full)

  • Description: Are you a Queer POC (person of color) or Ally (POC) who wants a safe, judgment-free space to grow in wellness? Then join the Kozy Wellness Korner for mutual support, advice sharing, and the friendly accountability you need to confidently take the next step(s) in your health.

    The Korner meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm EST/3:30 pm PST.

    It will be led by Kayani Turner (they/them), Habit & Wellness Coach for Queer POC

  • Description: Stretching isn't just for workouts—it's an essential component of daily wellness that is often overlooked. Over time, the lack of regular stretching can lead to accumulated tension and stress in the body, affecting both physical and mental health. Assisted stretching provides a unique opportunity to fully relax while a professional handles the stretching, ensuring a pain-free experience. When combined with guided breathing, this method effectively releases stored tension, improves blood flow, enhances flexibility and mobility, and even contributes to better sleep.
