Leveraging over a decade of experience in LGBTQ+ education and advocacy, Rex Wilde Consulting offers a unique blend of training workshops, policy consulting, and strategic advising to ensure that gender diversity and inclusion are not just goals but realized practices within organizations. Their connection-centered approach helps to empower workplaces to foster environments where TGX+ inclusion promotes a sense of belonging among all employees.
Rex Wilde is a nonbinary LGBTQ+ speaker, educator, and business consultant. Rex has provided training for over 200 companies including Spectrum/Charter, UPS, ADP, and Sundance Institute. In 2021, Rex coined the initialism TGX+ (transgender and gender expansive) to advance the conversation of gender diversity and acknowledge the expanse of identities that exist across the spectrums of sex and gender and the shifts that will occur for generations to come. Rex currently sits on the TGX+ Initiative for the National (NGLCC) and the Los Angeles (LAGLCC) LGBTQ+ Chambers of Commerce.
