Rex Wilde Consulting, led by esteemed nonbinary LGBTQ+ educator and business consultant Rex Wilde (they/them), specializes in working with organizations to integrate transgender and gender expansive (TGX+) inclusion into their broader diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) frameworks. Leveraging over a decade of experience in LGBTQ+ education and advocacy, Rex Wilde Consulting offers a unique blend of training workshops, policy consulting, and strategic advising to ensure that gender diversity and inclusion are not just goals but realized practices within organizations. Rex Wilde is a nonbinary LGBTQ+ speaker, educator, and business consultant. Rex has provided training for over 200 companies including Spectrum/Charter, UPS, ADP, and Sundance Institute. In 2021, Rex coined the initialism TGX+ (transgender and gender expansive) to advance the conversation of gender diversity and acknowledge the expanse of identities that exist across the spectrums of sex and gender and the shifts that will occur for generations to come. Rex currently sits on the TGX+ Initiative for the National (NGLCC) and the Los Angeles (LAGLCC) LGBTQ+ Chambers of Commerce.
