Woodnose Sacré
Woodnose is a brand founded by the husband and husband team, Justin and Roger Branon Rodriguez. Born out of their desire to elevate maple from its humble origins, Woodnose created SACRÉ, a non-alcoholic beverage made with 100% organic maple syrup fermented in bourbon barrels and combined with fair trade, shade-grown artisanal coffee. The brand is committed to sustainable and ethical farming practices, with their own maple ingredients produced on their Vermont sugarbush, which spans over 4,000 acres. Justin and Roger take pride in their organic maple farming, being Audubon certified and 100% solar powered.
With a commitment to environmental responsibility and bird-friendly farming practices, Woodnose ensures that their maple orchard provides a diverse habitat for native and nesting birds. The name ""Woodnose"" is derived from a Native American fable that tells the story of the sacred sap of the Sugar Maple and the bird, symbolizing their connection to the land and nature.
