A Tribe Called Queer
A Tribe Called Queer is a Los Angeles-based community organization passionately committed to the everlasting empowerment of BIPOC & LGBTQIA2S+ communities through mental wellness, art, education, and other transformative initiatives. Founded by Sabine Maxine Lopez, a Queer BIPOC Non-Binary Femme, A Tribe Called Queer offers accessible community programs, invaluable resources, free virtual offerings, a gender-neutral clothing line, a wellness zine, an archival podcast, and more.
With Sabine at the helm, A Tribe Called Queer is fueled by creativity and multi-hyphenate talents, with expressions through design, writing, photography, fashion, and beyond. As the organization grows, A Tribe Called Queer remains dedicated to building a stronger, more empowered community driven by a profound sense of inclusivity and authenticity.
