Catskill Provisions specializes in a diverse range of high-quality, artisanal products rooted in sustainable and organic practices, with their flagship honey expanding into craft spirits. From their base in the lush landscapes of Upstate New York, the company produces premium, hand-packed honey and a line of honey-based craft spirits, including vodka, whiskey, gin, and bourbon under the label Pollinator Spirits. Founder Claire M. Marin and her team manage over 300 beehives in Delaware, Sullivan, and Madison Counties, collaborating closely with local beekeepers.
Claire transitioned from a successful career as a national magazine publisher to a pioneer in sustainable beekeeping and spirit production. Born in Madrid and raised in New York City, Claire was inspired by the natural harmony she observed in bee colonies in the small town of Long Eddy in the Catskill Mountains. This inspiration led to the founding of Catskill Provisions, where she has leveraged her corporate skills and passion for sustainability.
