Opening its doors in June 2020, Kokak, which playfully means "ribbit" in Filipino, draws inspiration from Gancia's Asian heritage. Specializing in small-batch, single-origin heirloom chocolates, particularly the rare "Naciónal" cacao variety, Kokak offers an array of handcrafted, giftable chocolates, including boxed chocolates, bars, truffles, and luxurious hot chocolate drinks. This woman-owned artisanal shop caters to the local community and extends its reach nationwide through online ordering and shipping.
