Suncliffe Gin, founded by Thomas Giddings, Ryan Lawrence, and Clare Byrne, is a celebration of Arizona's unique landscape and botanical bounty.
Suncliffe is deeply rooted in the mystic and adventurous spirit of Sedona, Arizona. The gin is distinguished by its use of native Arizona juniper varieties—one-seed, shaggy, and alligator—hand-foraged from the juniper forests around Sedona, along with wild botanicals like ponderosa pine bark, manzanita, and western elderflower. These ingredients are vapor-infused in custom copper stills and non-chill filtered, capturing the essence of the high desert in each bottle.
