THE WITCHY BIBLIOPHILE
The Witchy Bibliophile is a queer-owned small business offering a thoughtfully curated collection of upcycled, foraged, and homegrown witchy items for your magical needs. From tarot card bookmarks to handmade bath soaks, spell jars, and herbal creations, the brand celebrates nature, creativity, and self-expression. Each product reflects a deep connection with the earth, ethical foraging practices, and the joy of transforming everyday materials into magical tools.
Founded by Alistair Smith (they/fae), a queer disabled green witch and aspiring herbalist based in Southeast Kansas, The Witchy Bibliophile emerged from a desire to merge creativity, nature, and spirituality. Alistair’s journey into witchcraft and foraging began during the challenges of 2020, a year that brought introspection and growth. Inspired by an incident with faer rescue dog Zoe and a deck of tarot cards, Alistair began crafting bookmarks, which soon led to a thriving small business. Passionate about ethical foraging, gardening, and self-care, Alistair infuses each creation with intention, earth magic, and faer unique perspective on spirituality and community.
