Simone Kelly, along with her 16-year-old stepson Eli, founded Transform, a Naarm/Melbourne-based fashion brand, out of a personal need for comfortable and safe chest binders. The idea for the brand came to fruition after Eli's experience with a rigid, uncomfortable binder that failed to provide the comfort and freedom they needed. This experience inspired Simone and Eli to create their own line of binders, designed with a focus on comfort, safety, and style, and to expand their offerings to include tucking underwear and outerwear.
Eli expresses the emotional impact of finding a comfortable binder, recalling the joy of seeing themselves in the mirror for the first time. This personal connection drives their passion for Transform, a brand committed to improving the daily lives of its customers.
