Famm Connect is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and inclusive environment for all users.   • Report Immediately: Use the in-app reporting tools or contact us at support@heyfamm.com.

  • Reports will be reviewed and acted upon urgently by our moderation team.

3. Cooperation with Authorities

Famm Connect cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies. When CSAM is detected:

  • We will immediately report the material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities.

  • We will assist law enforcement in their investigations as required by law.

4. Account Termination

Users who engage in or are found to be associated with CSAM-related activities will face:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination.

  • Permanent banning from accessing Famm Connect.

5. Preventive Measures

To safeguard against CSAM and ensure user safety:

  • Age Restrictions: Famm Connect is intended for users aged 18 and older. We use verification processes to enforce this policy.

  • Content Moderation: All user-generated content is monitored by automated tools and human moderators trained to detect and remove harmful material.

  • The reporting user (when applicable).

  • Relevant law enforcement and child protection agencies.

7. Consequences of Violations

Any violation of this policy will result in:

  • Immediate removal of offending content.

  • Permanent banning from Famm Connect.

  • Legal action as deemed necessary by relevant authorities.
