Essence is a therapeutic coaching and consulting company founded by Luna Valin. Luna is an Integrative Somatic, Spiritual and Relational Specialist with over a decade of professional experience. The Essence vision is of a cultural movement where women, LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive leaders liberate themselves from internalized systems of oppression, and perceived limitation. Luna is known for the ease and playfulness with which she facilitates the somatic release of trauma, and unveils the essential purpose and potential within her clients. As a team consultant, she seamlessly transforms each individuals’ relationship to self, and translates this revolution of inner culture to the inter-personal ecosystem of teams and organizations.
