Navigating the challenging path of self-discovery and authenticity, Kari provides invaluable support, whether in 1:1 settings or group coaching environments. They focus on helping clients confront and overcome their deepest doubts and fears, empowering them to embrace their true selves and craft a life and business plan that reflects their genuine identity.
Having emerged from a life deeply entrenched in religious fundamentalism, Kari (they/she) discovered their queer, gender-expansive identity. Today, as a Queer Ex-Fundie, they are passionately committed to assisting others in finding themselves and stepping into their next life chapter with confidence and purpose.

Description: Group coaching creates a sense of shared experience and community. Coach Kari offers it monthly in virtual cohorts of up to 8 people maximum. During your 90 minutes together, each person will have the opportunity to receive coaching directly from Coach Kari. This is done laser style to help you have a breakthrough in whatever topic or issue you are struggling with or want to focus on. After your allotted time is complete, you will also have the option of receiving encouragement and support from other members who have been listening.

Description: Individual coaching is a partnership where possibility flourishes, and dreams become reality. As a 1:1 client, you will meet with Coach Kari for either six 45-minute sessions or nine 60-minute sessions during a 3-month container. The intent is to get you unstuck and moving forward. You are the captain of the ship. Coach Kari is the navigator. Each session will focus on what you want to work on and empower you to overcome whatever is holding you back from stepping into who you really are and going after what you truly want.
