Lex Evan’s passion for baking began in childhood when they first fell in love with classic American desserts after moving to the United States from Greece. Their curiosity about the ingredients in boxed brownie mixes led them down a path of self-taught pastry mastery, eventually inspiring them to question the ethics of the food industry. This questioning evolved into a mission: to create desserts that taste incredible and make consumers feel good about what they’re eating.
